With jKool online we do all of the heavy lifting. We manage your data in our secure database, we provide a secure web and application server that you can access from anywhere in the world.
Within your Application Server
The jKool probes are installed within your application server. These probes can be installed in just a few minutes and do not require any source code changes to your applications. Probes gather data about the application performance and relay this information to the local jKool. With the local jKool console, you can observe statistics for applications.
Your jKool Online Acccount
Once collected, data you request is transmitted to your jKool Online account via secure communication. Here, the data is stored within our environment based on your quotas and available for access to jKool online account.
You connect to your online account via secure services (SSL) and only you (and other jKool online account holders that you designate) have access to your data.
It's that simple!
