Getting Started (jKool Online - J2EE Transaction Monitoring Service)

Getting Started

The process to get started is really easy.

Just follow the steps below and you will be on your way in no time.

Create a jKool Online Inspector Account *
Download the jKool Probe and documentation
Install the probe on your application server
Register your probe to your Online Account

On the jKool Probe Console configuration tab, set the "Inspector URL" to
https://www.nastel.com:8443/jkoolinspector/ (recommended) or
http://www.nastel.com:4040/jkoolinspector/

You may need to update your firewall to access HTTPS port 8443

Specify your jKool Online user id and password

Login to Inspector account to view data collected by instrumented applications
